- The Grand Est region, the European community of Alsace and the Meuse Department each carry out a policy in the field of educational digital towards the schools for which they are responsible. These three communities constituted in this context a group of orders including The Grand Est region is the coordinator. The market subject to the consultation aims at the supply of IT equipment for educational establishments in the Grand Est region, the European community of Alsace, the Meuse department (around 402 establishments) and services internal of the Grand Est region. The services are broken down into 3 separate lots: workstations (lot n 1), Windows ™ mobile equipment (lot n 2) and Google ™ and Apple ™ mobile equipment (lot n 3). Each batch will be concluded in the form of a multi-attribute framework agreement, four holders by lot and will give rise to the conclusion of subsequent markets. The needs for computer equipment being recurrent, the order group renews 1/10 to 1/5th in the Informations in educational establishments annually; and the Grand Est region is renewed for needs of its internal services, annually 1/5th in its computer fleet. The validity duration of the framework agreement will be 12 months from its notification to holders; He will be tacitly renewable 3 times a period of 12 months.
