* Buyer CF Article 1 of the RC: Grouping of orders: City of Le Havre (Coordinator) Urban Community Le Havre Seine Metropole, Communal Center for Social Action of Le Havre, city of Angerville L'Orcher Ville d'Epouville, City of Fontaine-La-Mallet, City of Harfleur, city of Notre-Dame-du-Que d'Octeville-sur-Mer, city of Saint-Martin-du-Com, town of Saint-Romain-de-Colbosc, city of Sainte Address. * Passement procedure CF Article 2.2 of the RC: The consultation has been made by call for tenders opened in application of articles L.2124-2, R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 of the public procurement code. * Form of the framework agreement CF Article 2.3 of the RC: For each batch, the consultation gives rise to the establishment of a framework agreement with multi-attributive order form fixing all the contractual stipulations.
