- The purpose of this consultation aims to provide an insurance program for construction for La Poste and its subsidiaries in France. This program aims to cover all the risks linked to the construction, extension, renovation and maintenance of infrastructure and buildings belonging to the La Poste group. The expected services include:
• Covering risk of damage to works during the construction phase including assembly and tests.
• The civil liability of the client
• Covering risk of damage to work after receipt (compulsory and complementary guarantees)
• The ten -year civil liability of the non -director manufacturer (CNR)
• The collective contract for ten -year liability (CCRD)
• Professional civil liability of the promoter.
Candidates must offer insurance solutions adapted to Specificities of La Poste group projects, taking into account regulatory requirements and best practices in the sector.
