- The framework agreement will be executed by the emission of purchase orders.

The project consists To equip, first of all, all the additional sites retained to date (list in appendix 2), to integrate them into the centralized registration and supervision system, to install, configure and put into service copper wire links and the system thus created urban video protection. Subsequently, the municipality plans to make multiple extensions, based on the same operation.
This set of works, services and supplies constitutes lot n 1 of this market.
The system also requires the installation of dedicated links, high Flower, in so -called black fiber (FON) optical, initially from the various sites listed in appendix 3, in order to repatriate the flows from new cameras to the centralized recording point. These links will either be transferred to the buyer or will be the subject of a rental. They will complement existing links belonging to the city or to the Rouen Normandy metropolis. Subsequently, the municipality plans to make other extensions, based on the same operation.
