- The Public Market Is A Framework Agreement Which Fixes All The Contractual Stipulations. It is executed as purchase orders are issued under the conditions set out in Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded Without Minimum And With Maximum Expressed in value for its entire duration of validity within the meaning of article R2162-4, 2 of the Public Order Code. The Maximum Amount for the entire duration of the public contract is set at 210,000Euro(S) excluding tax. The Public Market Is Single-Awarded. The Public Market Includes: - A Part of the Services Foreseeable Services Concluded at a global and fixed price - A portion of non-programmable services Concluded at unit prices. The portion of Foreseeable services corresponds to: The supply of a laser cassette engraver with chargers a sorting system; In Service OfThe equipment; The support services for the IT connection (interfacing with the laboratory management system) must give rise to a quote from the publisher Scc; Training for all users; all necessary captive and optimized consumables and accessoriesareas upon commissioning; The Warranty. The portion of non-programmable services corresponds to: Maintenance services and the supply of captive spare parts; The supply of consumables, accessories and captive and optimized products (including cassettes) necessary for theoperation of the equipment; the provision of additional training for technicians or pathologists (not trained during commissioning); the supply of a laser cassette engraver, in the event of a need for back-up; the supply of the extension of Guarantee Over the Duration of the Market (PrestaAdditional Possible Optional).
