Description:
This consultation is launched by the support establishment of the Territorial Hospital Group (GHT) Drome Ardeche Vercors in accordance with the provisions of article R.6132-16 of the Public Health Code. It concerns the Ardeche Meridionale Hospital Center in Aubenas, and Group HHospitalier Portes de Provence de Montelimar.
The contract is a framework agreement with a purchase order within the meaning of 1 of article L2125-1 of the Public Procurement Code. This framework agreement is without minimum but with a maximum of 650,000.00 euro(s) excluding VAT
