Description: This system will be used in the context of the pharmaceutical analysis of drugs, in particular analgesics, chemotherapy residues in simple matrices (water, acetonitrile) and for studies of drug stability and monitoring their degradation product (known and unknown). The system will have to allow the analysis of peptides of interest for therapeutic monitoring and pharmacokinetics analysis on murin models.
The consultation consists of a single lot including a mass spectrometer which will be coupled with an ultra performance chromatographic chain (UPLC) already existing in the laboratory. It is an agilent chain of 1290 model coupled with a DAD (Diode bar).
