- TETRA and Data Infrastructures (DATA) Video Protection Infrastructure (VP) Supply, installation and Maintenance in Operational Condition (MCO) of radio beams The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. Each batch will be subject to a separate attribution. The services are regulated by unit and fixed prices. The scope of services concerns Tetra radio and other application uses (video protection, data, etc.). The contract concerns the extension and maintenance of electronic communications based on private FH links belonging to Bordeaux Métropole. the implementation of new FH responds to draconian constraints in a complex environment (height works, electromagnetic radiation, sites classified, etc.). However, the difference in the sensitivity of the installations, particularly through the level of service expected for the MCO, very high for radio (traffic regulation and emergency services), computer data (DATA) and lower for VideoProtection (VP) led us to split the consultation into two lots in order to stimulate competition TETRA and Data Infrastructures (DATA)
