Description:
This is an open call for tenders pursuant to articles L2124-2, R2124-2, 1° and R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the Public Order Code. The public market is a framework agreement which sets out all the contractual stipulations. It is executed gradually the issuance of purchase orders under the conditions set out in articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum and with a maximum expressed in value for its entire period of validity within the meaning of article R2162-4, 2° of the public procurement code. The maximum amount € excluding tax for the entire duration of the public market is as follows: €800,000 excluding tax. The public market is single-awarded
