LOT No. 1 - Supply of inspection, control and label reel processing equipment, optimized ergonomics, inspection, quality control, traceability, datamatrix, manufacturing, maintenance and training included. Volume: 500,000 labels (100 mm x 100 mm) per day, over 20 days per month, or 120 million labels per year.
Philaposte, an industrial site of the La Poste Group, is a industrial establishment that designs, prints and distributes stamps and fiduciary documents.
As part of its modernization, Philaposte plans to equip itself with inspection, control and label reel processing equipment including:
1. Key features (non-exhaustive list) :
• Acceptance of label reels of different formats and printing types
• Automatic detection of printing and traceability defects
• Replacement table for faulty labels
• Continuous label numbering (option)
• Cutting into coils with knives (fixed, oscillating or rotary)
• Manufacture of reels with uniform tension and precise winding
• Ergonomic human-machine interface in French
• Recording and traceability control
• Bank suction system (option)
• Compatibility with site environmental conditions
