- Dalkia is awarded the creation and operation of the boiler room and the urban heating network in the municipalities of Bayonne and Saint Pierre d'Irube. This work includes the construction of a boiler room, a heating network and substations. This call for applications specifically concerns the supply of boiler room automation equipment. The company selected for the consultation will be responsible for supplying: - Automation and control equipment to carry out the control of all boiler room equipment. Briefly, these consist of: . A biomass boiler room . From a heat pump . From a gas boiler . Variable flow pumps . Flow control valves - A supervisory position and possibly touch screens allowing operating teams to operate, control and monitor the installation - Network equipment allowing communication of all equipment Programming and commissioning are not planned to be integrated into the consultation. The electrical wiring of the automaton and other equipment will be carried out by the electricity lot and will not be on the market. The contracting entity reserves the right to ask tenderers to present one or more mandatory variants, which will then be described in the DCE.
