- acquisition of individual bulletproof vests (Gpbi) for the needs of the national police, the national gendarmerie, the maritime gendarmerie, customs and indirect rights, the direction of Security and Defense Cooperation, and the penitentiary Administration. The Framework Agreement ist broken down as follows: lot 1 - supply of GPBI intended for female staff and lot 2 - supply of GPBI intended for male staff. It gives rise to the conclusion of subsequent contracts which is executed by the issuance of purchase orders under the conditions set out in articles R2162-13and R2162-14 of the Public Order Code and is granted for a period of 4 years from the date of notification. Total maximum quantities are 94,308 female GPBI and 277,042 male GPBI
