- The Project Consists Of Equipping All The Selected Sites (List In Appendix) And Integrating Them Into A Centralized Recording And Supervision Device To Create, Install, Parameterize And Commission The Wired Copper And Radio Links And The System Thus Created From Videoprotection Urbaine.The System Also Requires The Installation Of Dedicated, Broadband, Fiber Optic Connections, Called Black (Fon), From The Various Sites (List In Appendix) In Order To Repatriate The Flows From The Cameras To The Centralized Recording Point. These Links Will Either Be Transferred Upon Purchaseur Either Will Be The Subject Of A Rental. They will come in addition to the existing connections belonging to the city.
