- The consultation is divided into 2 lots, each lot will give rise to a public contract. The public contract will take effect on its notification date. The distributors will be rented and made available for a period of seventy-two (72 months) from their installation for each of the lots, subject to that no decision of rejection is pronounced during the verification period (in accordance with article 5.3.3 of the CCAP). Receipt of the notification of the contract will constitute a purchase order for the minimum commitment for lot no. 1 and service order for starting services for lot no. 2. The values Estimated and maximum values mentioned in this notice correspond to amounts over 72 months.
