Description:
The consultation is divided into 2 lots, each lot will give rise to a public contract. The public contract will take effect on its notification date. The distributors will be rented and made available for a period of seventy-two (72 months) from their date of sale. installation for each batch, provided that no rejection decision is made during the verification period (in accordance with article 5.3.3 of the CCAP). Receipt of the contract notification will constitute a purchase order for the minimum commitment of lot no. 1 and service order to start services for lot no. 2. The estimated values and maximum values mentioned in this notice correspond to amounts over 72 months. Provision and rental of vending machines hot drinks with or without associated consumables for the sites of Annemasse, Metz-Tessy, Clermont-Ferrand, Décines, Grenoble, Saint-Etienne Bellevue, Roanne, Saint-Priest-en-Jarez, Bourg-en-Bresse, Saint-Etienne Châteaucreux, Chambéry, Lyon Confluence, Saint-Ismier, Valence, Roanne and Le-Puy-en-Velay. Distributor made available with supply of associated consumables: The supply of consumables and the replenishment of distributors will be the responsibility of the contract holder.
