Description:
As part of their missions, the centers of the Technical Department of the DGA must acquire equipment, tools, products and spare parts in the field of electricity and high current and low current electrical engineering. This is why the framework agreement provides for the possibilityto acquire these supplies via electronic catalogs by purchase card but also by traditional purchase orders. The framework agreement is planned for a period of five years with a maximum amount of €2,083,333.33 excluding tax.
The product families that will be present in the framework agreement are the sfollowing:
Family 1 Wiring accessories
Family 2 - Connectors
Family 3 - Control and protection
Family 4 - Cables and wires
Family 5 - Pipes
Family 6 - Lighting
Family 7 - Lamps
Family 8 - Telephone intercom
Family 9 - Power supplies, inverters, batteries and accumulators.
Family 10 - Transformers and power supply interfaces
Family 11- Control equipment
Family 12 - HVAC engineering
This draft contract is subject to the procedure with negotiation in accordance with
the provisions of articles L 2324-1, L 2324-3 , R 2324-1, R 2324-3, R 2361-1, R 2361-8 to R 2361-12
of the public procurement code.
In application of articles R 2362-1 to R 2362-8 of the public procurement code, this is a
framework agreement with purchase orders.
The maximum amount of the framework agreement is €2,083,333.33 excluding tax.
