Description:
Mono-attribute framework agreement with an order form concluded for a period of 4 years from July 1, 2025 (until June 30, 2029). The delivery time for services is to be offered by the candidate but cannot exceed 12 weeks from the order form (see RC and CCAP). The servicesare set by unit prices, revisable annually according to the CCAP. MIN amount: 30,000 euros (s) HT / Maximum amount: 200,000 euros (s) HT. No financial guarantee clause provided. The contract does not provide for the payment of an advance. Financing methods: articles R2191-3 to R.2192-36 ofpublic procurement code. Conditions for settling accounts: According to the CCAG - FCS. A procedure for reviewing the conditions of execution of the framework agreement can be carried out in application of articles L.2194-1 1 and R.2194-1 of the public procurement code.
