- This market is a suitable procedure market in accordance with the provisions of articles L.2123-1 and R.2123-4 of the public procurement code. This market is a single market treated at a lump sum price brought to the act of engagement and in the decomposition of the overall and flat -rate price. The amount allocated to a box for a single person (service 1) must be less than or equal to € 46 including tax. The amount allocated to a box for a couple (service 2) must be less than or equal to € 63 including tax. The contracting authority will order 1,625 boxes for a single person and 550 boxes For couples.
