Description:
The holder must ensure: - The supply and delivery on site of the furniture defined in the different lots; - Assembly and installation of furniture; - Adjustments to the right size and proper use of furniture; - Consulting and support services, study layout and layout of existing work spaces or to be created, choice of furniture based on projects and developments within the organization, layout and installation plans (2D and 3D views without additional invoicing); - Used furniture removal service with a view to its valorization; - The evacuation of all waste produced as interventions progress; - The removal and collection of replaced furniture in the event of non-compliance; - Guarantees and after-sales service; - Provision of assembly and safety instructions in French and use. The precise description of the services and the technical specifications are indicated in the Specifications of Special Technical Clauses (CCTP). Concerning the 5 sites subject to real estate projects, deliveries and installation of furniture will be carried out in several phases depending on the delivery of the buildings and the progress of the work by the tenants. Please note that all the sites concerned by this contract are already equipped with furniture. This involves supplementing the needs of different establishments with new furniture and reuse.
