Description:
This consultation concerns the supply of fuels by accreditive cards for vehicles in the municipality of PECQ and SIMAD (Intercommunal Home Supervisor Syndicate), made up in groups for this framework agreement for which the municipality of PECQ is the coordinator. The coordinator is responsible for the organization of all the selection operations for the contracting parties, the signing and the notification of the market. Each member of the group performs the market up to its own needs.
The holder will provide the city and Simad of accreditive cards allowing supply, in a network of metropolitan stations, in fuel.
It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the code of the code Public. The market is a framework agreement with a minimum and a maximum, allocated to a single economic operator, and passed in application of articles L. 2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. The amount of orders for the initial period of The framework agreement is defined as follows:
Minimum threshold H.T .: 40,000 euros and
Maximum threshold H.T .: 350,000 euros.
The amounts will be identical for each renewal period.
