Description:
The procedure is carried out by the Department of Sarthe, coordinator of the order group formed with the departmental fire and rescue service of Sarthe (SDIS 72). In this context, the Department of Sarthe is in charge of carrying out the entire public procurement procedure on behalf and on behalf of the group. Each entity is then responsible for the execution of the framework agreement for the needs which concern it. The services will be the subject of a mono-attribute framework agreement performed by emission of purchase orders in accordance with the provisions of the articles R2162-2, R2162-4 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the public procurement code, without minimum and with maximum quantity, for the department 72: 500,000 liters/period and for the SDIS 72: 200,000 liters/period, the date chosen for the DQE is the scale applicable to July 10, 2025. From the notification of the framework agreement, and no later than October 27, 2025, an Excel file will be sent to the holder. This file will contain the information specific to each vehicle (registration, type of fuel, restrictions ...). All the accreditive cards must have been configured And delivered to the Department of Sarthe and SDIS of Sarthe at the latest on November 28, 2025, for use at the earliest January 1, 2026
