- The framework agreement concerns services relating to the supply (purchase) and delivery (to the buyer's site) of fresh meat and poultry.
This supply of quality foodstuffs, with a defined sustainable development objective , is in compliance with the provisionslegal and regulatory rules in force as defined in particular by law n2018-938 of October 30, 2018 for the balance of commercial relations in the agricultural and food sector and healthy, sustainable and accessible food for all, known as the "EGALIM law ", and by its application textsion which gave rise to codification in the rural and maritime fishing code (Cf. CCTP).
The services are divided into 8 lots.
Each lot will give rise to a framework agreement with purchase orders without a minimum amount and with a specific annual maximum amount within the meaning of articles R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the public order code.
Fresh beef
Framework agreement for purchase orders with no minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount set in value at 200,000 euros excluding VAT
Fresh veal
Framework agreement for purchase orders without minimum amount and with a fixed annual maximum amountvalue at 300,000 euros excluding VAT
Fresh lamb meat
Framework agreement for purchase orders with no minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount set in value at 50,000 euros excluding VAT
