Food supplies for municipal catering central kitchen produces 5,700 meals per school day in hot connection and raw food for 9 early childhood reception structures. This lot (ex -lot 8) of the food market concerns the supply of fruit andFresh vegetables Deliveries must be carried out daily, Monday to Friday, from 5.30 am to 8:30 am at the central kitchen. Fruits and vegetables delivered must be mature to be consummated within 48 hours to 72 hours (unless otherwise accuracy on the order form). Conditioning must beSuitable for the needs of the various services: large packaging for the production of 5,700 school meals and small packaging for the production of meals on the 9 multi-reception structures of the city.
