Description:
Food supplies for municipal catering central kitchen produces 5,700 meals per school day in hot connection and book the raw food for 9 early childhood reception structures.
This lot (ex -lot 8) of the food market concerns the supply of fruit andFresh vegetables
Deliveries must be carried out daily, from Monday to Friday, from 5.30 am to 8:30 am at the central kitchen. Fruits and vegetables delivered must be mature to be consumable within 48 hours to 72 hours (unless otherwise accuracy on the order form).
Conditioning must beSuitable for the needs of the various services: Large packaging for the production of 5,700 school meals and small packaging for the production of meals on the 9 multi-reception structures in the city.
The titular supplier must be in capacity:
- to deliver fruits and vegetablesIn sufficient quantity for 5,700 daily school meals and 9 multi-reception structures early childhood,
- to adapt the maturity of the fruits according to the day of consumer consumption (indicated on the purchase orders),
- to anticipate the breaks to inform the city within a periodMinimum of 48 hours to allow reactivity of relivration or replacement,
- to offer a relivration during the day, before noon the same day, in the event of non-compliance,
- to have a reactive billing service to the different price revisions
