Framework agreement n 25F004 aims to provide fruits and vegetables of 1st and 4th ranges and, punctually, of 5th range, for the National Assembly as well as for the administrative and parliamentary restaurants of the association for the management of administrative restaurants of The National Assembly (AGRAN). The lists and technical characteristics of the services are indicated in the specific technical clauses (CCTP). The 25F004 framework agreement is a multi-attribute framework agreement made up of 3 lots. Each batch is concluded for a period of 1 year from of November 1, 2025 or its date of notification if it is subsequent. Each batch can be renewed expressly 3 times by consecutive periods of 1 year. The decision to renew the lot is notified to the holder at least 2 months before his expiration. Each batch is a framework agreement Multi-attribute to subsequent markets, allocated to 3 holders, subject to a sufficient number of candidates and offers, for the duration of its execution. The conditions for relying and awarding subsequent markets are detailed in the administrative clause notebook particular (CCAP).
