This market is broken down into three geographic lots as follows:
-lot 1 - Nice sites
-lot 2 - Sophia -Antipolis/Cannes
Lot 3 sites - Var
Applications and offers may concern one or more lots. Candidates must present a separate offer for each lot to whichThey answer.
This market has passed on open tenders (article R2124-2 1 - Code of public order).
The form retained for the execution of the contract is at order form with minimum and maximum attribute - maximum amount 1,400,000 euros (s) HT, all renewal,Pursuant to articles R2162-2, R2162-4 1 and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the public procurement code.
The buyer asks candidates to offer, in their offer, additional services, that CROUS reserves the right to order or not when the market signs.concerns only lot 1 and lot 2.
The methods of delivery of samples, of certain articles, are described in the consultation regulations.
The samples must be deposited on 16/05/2025.
