Description:
The services concern the purchase and delivery (on the site of an agrifood platform or on the site of each buyer) of foodstuffs from organic farming for catering structures, mainly collective.
The need is broken down into 4 lots and will concern, within a permanent order group, 35 public colleges and the department of Vendee, coordinator.
The services will run under mono-attribute framework agreements concluded with minimum and maximum annual quantities.
The first orders are planned, estimated, from mid-November 2025
Lot n 1 - fresh seasonal vegetables
This is a framework agreement concluded for a period of one year, renewable, with an annual quantity of 60 tonnes and a maximum annual quantity of 250 tonnes (as an indication it is in particular planned to order more than 57 tonnes of potatoes and more than 43 tonnes of carrots each year)
Lot n 2 - Fresh seasonal fruit
This is a framework agreement concluded for a period of one year, renewable, with a minimum annual quantity of 7.5 tonnes and a maximum annual quantity of 25 tons (as an indication, it is notably planned to order more than 10 tonnes of apples each year)
