The UPC produces around 3,500 meals per day, in cold connection, for nine colleges in the department and operates on school rate. In addition, for the five colleges remainingAutonomous, the departmental council and these five colleges have chosen to form a group of orders for the purchase of foodstuffs.
Consultation launched by a group of orders. The coordinator of the designated group is the Departmental Council. Its mission is to launch theprocedures, to sign and notify the markets. Each member of the group, as far as he is concerned, ensures his proper execution.
