The Caisse des Ecoles of the 20th arrondissement of Paris is launching a consultation aimed at the supply and delivery of foodstuffs intended for school catering. The consultation is divided into 11 lots. The purchasing technique chosen is that of framework agreements with purchase orders. These markets aim to guarantee a quality catering service, meeting strong social, economic and environmental requirements.
