Consultation launched by a group of orders.
The framework agreement will be executed by the emission of purchase orders.

This consultation is the purpose of the supply of foodstuffs for all members of the Adarce: purchases of foodstuffs for local authorities and businesses.
The order groupAdarce brings together 17 members located in the Metropolis of Bordeaux and neighboring territories. It represents around 28,000 daily meals for schools, EPHADs and for territorial officials in particular.
Collective catering represents a major economic lever for the benefit of developmentof a quality and local food on the territory.
This group is part of a virtuous approach in terms of supplies, fair remuneration of producers and food quality.
The members wish to gradually get closer to the ratios defined by the"Egalim" law, namely 50% of quality and / or sustainable products including at least 20% organic products (HT purchase value) in the production of meals.
