- As part of the maintenance of its fleet of vehicles, motorcycles, heavy goods vehicles and machinery, the community wishes to conclude a contract for the supply and assembly of tires
The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders.
The services are broken down into 2 lots and are paid by unit prices. (lot 1: light vehicles and two-wheelers / lot 2: heavy goods vehicles and machinery) The estimated amounts correspond to the maximum annual amounts excluding tax.
Framework agreements are concluded for one year, renewable 3 times. The maximum duration of the contract, all periods combined, is 4 years.
Furthermore, the renewal may take place early in the event that the maximum amount is reached before the end of the period considered (initial period or one of the first two renewal periods). Consequently, the new contractual period will begin from the date set in the letter of early renewal, for a period of one year from date to date. The maximum duration of the framework agreement will thus be reduced in proportion to the anticipated months.
