Market passed in open tenders, in application of articles R2124-1, R2124-2 and R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the public procurement code.
This framework agreement is "composite". It is composed in part of 2 ordinary markets (lots 1 and 2) and part of a framework agreement (lot 03).
