This consultation relates to the supply of filters, wiper brooms, bulbs and batteries for vehicles and equipment (of the washer-type, sweeping, tractors, mowers) of the city of Troyes and Troyes Champagne Metropole. In this sense, an order group has been establishedBetween these two entities, in accordance with the provisions of articles L2113-6 and L2113-7 of the public procurement code. This is a mono-attribute framework agreement with a decomposed order form in 4 lots as follows: lot n 1: supply of filters-Annual maximum amount: city of Troyes 15,000 €HT/ Troyes Champagne Metropole 4,000 € HT - Lot n 2: supply of wiper broom: maximum annual amount: Troyes city € 5,000 excl. HT/ Troyes Champagne Metropole 1,000 € HT -LOT N 3: Bulbs: Annual maximum amount: Troyes City 4,000 € HT/ Troyes Champagne Metropole 1000 € HT -Lot n 4: Battery supply: Annual maximum amount: Troyes City € 6,000 excl. HT/ Troyes Champagne Metropole: € 1,000 excl. The holder selected will be consulted, with each occurrence of a need for one of the entities of the order group, through the emission of purchase orders, in accordance withProvisions of articles R2162-1 to 6 of the public procurement code, and in articles R2162-13 and 14 for the provisions specific to the purchase orders.
