Description:
The purpose of this framework agreement is the supply of event signage and the provision of associated services.
The supplies, objects of this framework agreement, meet the current needs of the Greater Reims Urban Community and the City of Reims and the possible needs of other members of the Purchasing Center
It will be concluded with a single economic operator.
It is established for a period of 48 months from its date of notification and no earlier than April 13, 2026.
Without prejudice to the provisions of articles 38 et seq. of the CCAG-FCS, it is terminable on the date anniversary by decision of the Purchasing Center notified to the holder by post/email with acknowledgment of receipt two (2) months before the end of the current period. This denunciation does not entitle the holder to any compensation.
Supply of event signage and services associated
This is a framework agreement, entered into in application of articles R.2162-1 et seq. of the public procurement code, and concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount set at 1,000,000 EUROS excluding tax over the total duration of the framework agreement.
It includes a part executed by issuing vouchers orders (articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code) for the supply and, where applicable, the installation and removal of event signage defined in the DQE-BPU and a part giving rise to the conclusion of subsequent contracts, under the conditions set out in the articles R. 2...
