- The purpose of this framework agreement is the supply, equipment, maintenance and associated maintenance of audiovisual equipment, sound system, scenic and exhibition lighting.
The objects of this framework agreement meet the needs of the following public buyers:
- needs current of the Urban Community of Grand Reims and the City of Reims
It will be concluded with a single economic operator per lot. The candidate has the possibility of teaching for one or more lots.
The present Framework agreement is established for a period of 4 years from its date of notification and as soon as possible on November 2, 2025.
Without prejudice to the provisions of articles 38 and following of the CCAG-FCS, he can be terminated on each anniversary date by decision of the purchase power station notified to the holder by Mail/email with acknowledgment of receipt two (2) months before the maturity of the current period. This denunciation does not entitle any compensation to the holder.
