Description:
The purpose of this market is the provision of Active Active Electrical Energy, necessary for DC power supply and without any deterioration in all the needs of the delivery points (PDL) of the sites of the Chambers of Commerce and 'Industry of the Grand Est region and certain associated structures. This supply hears in "single contract" including the access and use of the public distribution network managed by the distribution network manager, below called GRD, and including the capacity mechanism as well as the Responsibility for balance with associated services.
