Description:
The purpose of the framework agreement is to supply drones, accessories and associated equipment allowing operation in an open category according to the regulatory provisions set by the DGAC for national scenarios of type S1, S2 and S3 and by the European Union for european scenariosSTS-01 and STS-02,
as well as any associated additional service, in order to meet mainly the needs of the Armies in the fight against drones.
The drones included in the scope of the framework agreement correspond to EASA classes C0 to C4.
This draft framework agreement is subject to thea procedure with negotiation in accordance with the provisions of articles L. 2324-1, L. 2324-3, R. 2324-1, R. 2324-3, R. 2361-1, R. 2361-8 to R. 2361-12 of the Public Order Code.
Pursuant to Articles R. 2362-1 to R. 2362-8 of the Public Order Code, this is a framework agreement comprisingboth subsequent contracts and purchase orders.
