- The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. This is a framework agreement with a maximum annual amount per lot. Each lot will be awarded separately. The tenderer must be able for each lot to provide two fuel oil qualities: - ordinary fuel oil, - superior fuel oil. The holder undertakes to provide services that comply with French or equivalent standards governing the quality of the products supplied, their transport and their delivery. Domestic fuel oil delivered must comply with the characteristics of the CSR 4-4-10 technical sheet of July 30, 2024 (or any new sheet replacing it) which specifies the technical specifications that the petroleum products supplied by the refineries must meet French Supply of domestic fuel oil for the benefit of services in the Chambéry Basin Territory and the Combe de Savoie Supply of domestic fuel oil for the benefit of services in the Territory of the Two Lakes Supply of domestic fuel oil for the benefit of services of the Maurienne Territory Supply of domestic fuel oil for the benefit of the services of the Tarentaise and Albertville / Ugine Territories Doc Title: Supply of domestic fuel oil for the benefit of the services of the Department of Savoie Contract Type: supplies
