Description:
This public market has passed according to a procedure with negotiation, in application of articles L2124-3, R2124-4 and R2161-21 to R2161-23 of the code. This is a mono-attribute framework agreement within the meaning of articles L. 2125-1.1 ° and R. 2162-1 of the public procurement code. The Cadre-Cadre is concluded with a single economic operator and executed by the issue of order orders, without negotiation or rejection in prior competition, for the services described in the contractual documents (under the conditions set for articles R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 Code). In application of article R.2162-4 of the code, the framework agreement is concluded without a minimum amount of commitment and with a maximum amount of commitment of 4,000,000 euros excluding tax on the total duration of the framework agreement.
