The services expected within the framework of this framework agreement are as follows:
- There Provision and renewal of secure and nominative smart cards for each beneficiary;
- the regular and automated emission of dematerialized titles-restaurants;
- distribution and management of dematerialized supports;
- Monthly recharge of cards, adjustable in depending on the days worked;
- the provision of a dedicated secure internet space and mobile application, accessible to beneficiaries as well as to the human resources department;
- access to an extensive and diverse network of restaurateurs and partner traders affiliated on the national territory;
- complaints monitoring and possible dispute management;
- the proposal for advantages and associated services, helping to improve the user experience of beneficiaries;
