Description:
the Framework Agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. Each lot will be awarded separately. Services are regulated by unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods. Supply of gold spare partsvisible origin (or captive) or of equivalent quality to ensure the maintenance of the equipment of the existing fleet (tractors, machines, lawn mowers) The Acc is concluded from the date of notification of the contract for an initial period of 12 month. The Rc specifies the terms of presentation ofapplications and offers. The signing of contract documents is not required of candidates at the stage of submitting applications or offers. After award of the contract, the contract will be signed between the Departmental Council and the successful bidder. The electronic signature of the contract may berequired by the institution from the beneficiary. The validity period for offers is 6 months (i.e. 180 days)
