- Description:
- The holder must provide, deliver and then credit dematerialized restaurant vouchers in the form of a smart payment card with a confidential code for each requesting agent in the Nimes Metropole Agglomeration community. The service incumbent on the holder includes: - The supply of cards rechargeable chip payment systems, with or without contact, allowing restaurant vouchers to be credited; - The supply of dematerialized meal vouchers in the form of credits on the card mentioned above — the card will be supplied after receipt of the purchase orders sent by the authorities adjudicator; - The provision of an IT solution for online management of restaurant vouchers for managers of the Nimes Metropole urban community. All services provided for in this contract must comply with the provisions of articles L. 3262-1 et seq. and R. 3262-1 to R. 3262-46 of the Labor Code relating to the rules applicable to Restaurant Vouchers, as well as all other present or future implementing decrees relating to the regulations applicable to restaurant vouchers. This contract is not awarded in accordance with the reasons indicated in the consultation regulations, accessible in the consultation file.
