Description:
The City of Nimes wishes to provide its agents with electronic gift vouchers during certain events, such as Christmas, weddings, etc. To do this, the contract holder must provide the gift vouchers but also provide the rechargeable smart card allowing regular charging gift vouchers ordered by the public buyer.
This contract is not awarded in accordance with the reasons indicated in the consultation regulations, accessible in the consultation file.
The services will be remunerated by applying unit prices to the quantities actually executed/delivered.
As part of this consultation, the City of Nimes acts as the contracting authority.
The estimated value below corresponds to the estimated total annual amount of vouchers that will be ordered - purely indicative value.

The services are the subject of a framework agreement giving rise to the issuance of purchase orders, placed in application of articles L2125-1-1, R2162-1 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Order Code public.
In application of article R2162-4-2 of the same code, it is concluded with an economic operator, without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount in value fixed as follows;
