• Description:
• The object of this contract is the supply of a producer monitoring device based on a contractual network analyzer. EDF SEI and Electricité de Strasbourg may benefit, if they wish and upon their first request, from the conditions of the contract(s) made by Enedis for their needs, via a stipulation clause for others inserted in the contract(s). Contract Network Analyzers This notice concerns the supply of a producer monitoring device on the basis of a contractual network analyzer (CRA). These materials are used by producers and occasionally at source stations. Their purpose is to measure, qualify and record voltage/current/frequency disturbances on the network in order to to establish diagnoses on the quality of the power supply. The need is around 250 pieces/year, over 3 firm years and 3 optional years, i.e. a total volume on the entire market of 1,500 pieces. In accordance with article R.2162-4 of the Order Code Public, the maximum of this framework agreement is approximately 1875 pieces for the duration of the market.
