Description:
This is a framework agreement concluded in application of articles R.2162-1 et seq. of the public procurement code and concluded without a minimum and with a maximum set at 50,000 euro(s) excluding tax over the total duration of the framework agreement. It will be entirely executed by issuing purchase orders, in accordance with in articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. It will be concluded with a single economic operator. This framework agreement is established for a period of 48 months from its date of notification. Without prejudice to the provisions of articles 38 et seq. CCAG-FCS, it is terminable on each anniversary date by decision of the contracting authority notified to the holder by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt two (2) months before the end of the current period. This denunciation does not entitle the holder to any compensation. Minimum period of validity of offers : 5 months from the deadline for receipt of offers.
