• The Community of Communes Auray Quiberon Terre Atlantique, the commune of Auray and the Communal Center for Social Action of Auray have decided to carry out a group purchase for the acquisition of computer equipment. In accordance with the Command Group Agreement, each Member of the Group Remainsre Responsible for the Signature and Execution of the Purchase Orders Which Concern It. The Coordinator of the Group, Responsible for the Organization of the Joint Procurement for Awarding the Market is the Community of Communes Auray Quiberon Terre Atlantique. This Agreement -Purchase Order FrameCovers the supply and delivery of computer equipment, including laptops, mini-PCs, 2-in-1 hybrid PCs, flat screens, USB-C docking stations, tablets, portable video projectors, network cables and HDMI cables, including precise descriptions. Are Detailed In The Bordereau Unit Prices.The Framework Agreement Is Not Divided into Sections.The Market Is Considered, Within the Sense of the Provisions of Articles R2162-2 Paragraph 2, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Order Code, As A Single-Awardee Framework Agreement Executed Through the Issuance of Purchase Orderss of the Holder, as needs arise. The Contracting Authority does not authorize the presentation of a Variant. The Framework Agreement is concluded for a period of 48 months from its notification. It cannot be renewed. The services will be remunerated by application to those whoAntities Actually Executed From the Prices in the Unit Price Schedule.
