- This consultation concerns the provision of IT equipment for all services in the community.
The technical characteristics of the expected material are described in BPU specific to each lot and article 7-4 of the CCP.
In accordance with the provisions of article L2113-10,This consultation is allotted and subject to 4 lots defined as follows:
- Lot n 1: computers and associated devices;
- Lot n 2: video projectors and large screens;
- Lot n 3: accessories, consumables and computer components;
- Lot n 4: tablets and mobile phones.
In application of article R21213-1 of the public procurement code, applications may concern one or more lots. Applicants must present a separate offer for each lot to which they answer.
Each batch constitutes a mono-attributal framework agreement withTreaty at unit prices.
The holder will be consulted with each occurrence of a need, through the emission of purchase orders, in accordance with the provisions of articles R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the public procurement code subject to the provisions below.
In application of the articleR2162-4-2 of the public procurement code, the services of this framework agreement are concluded with a maximum annual amount fixed as follows:
-lot n 1: computers and associated devices: € 110,000 excl.
