Description:
The market relates to the supply and delivery as well as the installation, if necessary, of composting equipment and collection of bio -waste on the territory of Cholet Agglomeration, for the years 2025 to 2028.
The details of the services is indicated in the Notebooks of the Technical Clausesspecific.
As an indication and forecasting, the services may be performed as of November 2025.
The framework agreement to order plenty has increased for a first period of two years, from its notification, renewable, by express renewal, 1 time per period of one year,Without minimum amount and with the maximum amounts following S:
For the first period:
Lot n 1 - Collective composting bins: 150,000.00 euros HT or 180,000.00 euros including tax
Lot n 2 - Bioseaux: 54,166.67 euros excl.Euros TTC
Lot n 4 - Rutable voluntary contribution points: 408,333.34 euros excl. Tax or 490,000.00 euros including tax
For the 2nd period:
Lot n 1 - Collective composting bins: 45,000.00 euros excl. Tax or 54,000.00 euros TTC
Lot n 2 - Bioseaux: 16,250.00 euros HT or 19,500.00 TTC
Lot n 3 - Baccs:15,000.00 euros HT or 18,000.00 euros including tax
lot 4 - Rutable voluntary contribution points: 122,500.00 euros excl. Tax or 147,000.00 euros including tax
