Description:
The procedure is part of a group of orders made between the city of La Roche-sur-Yon and the Inter-municipal Center for Social Action (C.I.A.S) of La Roche-sur-Yon Agglomeration. The city of La Roche-sur-Yon has been appointed coordinator of this order group. Consultation Door on 3 lots: Lot 1 - Holder products of animal and sea origin, lot 2 - snacking products, lot 3 - pancakes - savory pancakes. Each mono-attribute framework agreement
will start from January 1, 2026 or from its date of notification so later for a period of a year, tacitly renewable three times, a maximum duration of four years. The maximum annual amount for all members of the group is 768,000 EUR HT for lot 1, 73,500 EUR HT for lot 2 and 67,500 EUR HT for lot 3. This maximum annual amount is the subject of a distribution contractual between the members of the group whose detail appears to the act of commitment.
