Description:
The purpose of these markets are the provision of clothing and accessories for the staff of the city of Levallois.
They are subject to the public procurement code, designated by the terms the code.
Qualified as supplies of supplies, they are subject to the provisions of the CCAG supplies Current and services approved by decree of March 30, 2021. They passed according to the procedure of the open tender, subject to the provisions of articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 and R.2161-1 to R.2161-5 of the code.
They constitute framework agreements with order orders subject to the provisions of the articles L.2125-1 and R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 of the code.
The maximum total value of the markets is 1,260,000 euros HTVA, given their duration and any renewal.
Each of the markets corresponding to the lots below, will be awarded to a single holder for a maximum duration of 4 years renews included.
